Our Clients

Importers, brands, distributors and online sellers work with us when they buy from factories in China and need a team they can trust on the ground – from finding the right supplier to loading the container.

Who We Work With

Our clients are companies that buy from Chinese factories but do not have their own team in China: importers and distributors, fashion and private-label brands, retailers, Amazon and e-commerce sellers, start-ups launching their first product, and buyers of machinery and equipment. We are their team on the ground.

As a foreign-owned company with over 20 years in the Chinese market, we combine international quality standards with local know-how. We work across China’s main manufacturing hubs, with a strong focus on Guangdong, for clients in Israel, Europe, North America and beyond.

About the scenarios below: to protect our clients’ confidentiality, we do not publish client names, logos or testimonials. Each scenario is an anonymised example of a typical project – a common challenge, the work we do and the kind of outcome clients look for. They are not reviews or named case studies, and every product, supplier and order is different.

How we help — example client scenarios

Common Challenges, and How We Solve Them

Apparel Brand · Europe

Challenge: Bulk orders from a garment factory did not always match the approved sample: shade differences between fabric lots, sizing drift and loose stitching that only came to light after the goods had arrived in Europe.

What Master Shifu did: We set up a quality-control plan for each order: a fabric and trim check before cutting, an in-process inspection once sewing was under way, and a final random inspection against the brand’s size chart and approved sample, with a photo report after every visit.

Outcome: Problems are found while the goods are still at the factory, where they can be reworked, and the brand decides on each shipment with clear evidence instead of surprises on arrival.

E-commerce Seller · USA

Challenge: An online seller buying from more than one factory risked delayed or refused deliveries to Amazon warehouses because of missing FNSKU labels, weak cartons and mixed-product boxes.

What Master Shifu did: A pre-shipment inspection with an Amazon packaging and labelling checklist – product and carton labels, carton marks, packing and drop tests – followed by consolidation of the goods from each factory into a single shipment.

Outcome: The goods leave China already checked against the marketplace’s prep requirements, and the seller manages one shipment and one contact instead of several.

Housewares Distributor · Israel

Challenge: A distributor of kitchen and household products depended on a single supplier. When prices rose and ship dates began to slip, it had no approved alternative to turn to.

What Master Shifu did: Supplier sourcing and vetting: we shortlisted manufacturers, checked their business licences and certificates, visited the factories in person, compared samples side by side and negotiated terms with the strongest candidates.

Outcome: The distributor gains a second source that has been verified on site, a stronger position in price talks and less risk of one factory holding up its whole range.

Furniture Importer · Middle East

Challenge: An importer wanted to fill one container with sofas, dining sets and lighting from several factories, but its buyers had only a few days in China and no local team to follow up once they flew home.

What Master Shifu did: We accompanied the buyers through furniture trade shows and factory showrooms in Foshan and helped in negotiations, then followed up every order, inspected the goods and arranged consolidation and container loading.

Outcome: One coordinated shipment from several suppliers, with a single point of contact from the first factory visit to the sealed container.

Machinery Buyer · Australia

Challenge: A contractor ordering compact construction machines from a Chinese manufacturer for the first time needed to be sure the units matched the quoted engine, hydraulics and safety options before paying the balance.

What Master Shifu did: We verified the manufacturer on site, followed production against the order specification, then inspected each unit, witnessed function tests and supervised loading, with photos and videos of every machine.

Outcome: The buyer releases the final payment with evidence that the machines match the order – before the container is sealed, while problems can still be fixed at the factory.

Skincare Start-up · Europe

Challenge: A young skincare brand had a product concept and packaging ideas, but needed a manufacturer with cosmetics GMP certification that would accept a small first order.

What Master Shifu did: Product development support: we screened certified manufacturers, checked their documents, managed sampling and packaging development, and followed the first production run through to the final inspection.

Outcome: The brand moves from concept to a first production run with an approved reference sample, its documents in order and a manufacturer that suits its size.
